The Leadership Executive Accelerated Programme (L.E.A.P.) is a 3-year programme that aims to develop the future leaders with business acumen, customer orientation and operational excellence as the key driver to a successful organization.

Requirements
- Open to Malaysian citizens

- Bachelor’s Degree (min. 2nd class upper) with preferred discipline:
- Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics
- Computer Science & Information Technology (Data Communications & Networking / Artificial Intelligence / Digital Science)
- Psychology
- Economics
